A godly friend can be of great help

The Bible says Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his/her earnest counsel.
As iron sharpens iron, so one man or woman sharpens another.
This is true Friendship.

    Right friendships are so important. The sharpen us and make us better as the scripture you wrote says.
